April 13, 2020The Chaikin Oscillator is a momentum indicator developed by Marc Chaikin to compare volume and price levels for an asset. It is the difference between the 3-day and 10-day EMAs of the Accumulation Distribution Line. The Oscillator can be used to indicate directional changes, like upcoming reversals, by measuring the momentum behind the movements.
